Amish Built Variety - An Overview

At Amish Built Barns LLC, we don’t just offer barns and sheds—we’ve partnered with some amazing Amish craftsmen to bring our customers additional niche structures. We offer several custom Amish Built buildings, including hunting blinds, playhouses, chicken coops, and even log cabins.

Amish Chicken Coops

Multiple sizes are available, making these little coops perfect for single-family use. Want to start your own source of fresh, farm-raised eggs or raise chickens? These buildings are ideal for just that.

Nesting boxes, entry doors, and multiple size options are available. If you don’t see exactly what you need, let us custom-build it for you!

Our standard coops all feature:

  • Built on 4”x6” pressure-treated skids.
  • All exposed wood is Wolmanized (pressure-treated) and comes with a lifetime warranty against termite damage and decay.
  • Aluminum drip edge to prevent interior wood from getting wet.

Amish Hunting Blinds

Made with 3/4" rough-sawn cedar, metal roofs, and plexiglass hinged windows, these blinds are built to last for years. The units are 5ft square and 6ft 2in tall (the two-person blind has slightly larger floor space). They are easily assembled and disassembled and can be moved by a single person if necessary. Flat stack and go, or leave it assembled on a trailer. Our Amish Built hunting blinds are easy, durable, and affordable.


Choose from 3 models: Rifle Blind, 2-Person Blind, and Rifle/Bow Blind.

Amish Playhouses

Give your little ones a magical place to play in the backyard. Whether it's our Victorian-style playhouse with a porch, our Starlight playhouse, or a custom build to your specifications, we have options for you. Our buildings are built to last, so if you have multiple children or plan to add more in the future, everyone will have a chance to enjoy the structure for years to come.


Perfect for keeping the little ones busy, giving them their own space to decorate and use as they see fit, and offering a pretend experience not found in the home.


Please note, our builders do not source playground equipment, so items like swings, slides, rope structures, fire poles, trampolines, etc., would need to be purchased and added afterward. Our builders can add structural considerations to accommodate such items, but they will not provide or install them.

Amish Log Cabins

Made from real white pine logs, chinking, and hand-hewn craftsmanship, these log cabins aren’t just dressed-up sheds—they are the real deal. With 5 different layouts and price points to choose from, there are several options to customize or include:

  • 6′ kitchenette
  • 110v fireplace
  • 110v mini-fridge
  • Bunk beds
  • Side porch
  • Loft and ladder
  • Interior décor/furnishing packages
  • Electrical pre-wired
  • Metal roof
  • Upgrade to thermopane windows and/or add additional windows
  • Add shutters if desired
  • Stain or clear coat inside floor, walls, and ceiling
  • Add a wall and door under the loft
  • Frame in a restroom (no fixtures)
  • Extra insulation

Amish Pavilions, Pergolas, and Gazebos

Need some shade? Our Amish builders have you covered with a variety of options to help you enjoy the outdoors while staying out of the sun.


Our gazebos come in circular and oblong sizes, starting as small as 8×8 and going up to 12×30. By default, they include a cupola and steel roof. Single and double roofs are available depending on the size selected.
