Financing options are available to make your purchase easier. Delivery is hassle-free as long as there is a clear path to place your unit. Site Preparation

For larger buildings or wet yards, we recommend a 4” to 6” gravel base for proper drainage and to prevent settling. Alternatively, 2” or 4” solid concrete blocks can be purchased and placed every 8’ along each runner. Keep them near the site, and our delivery driver will position them. If no blocks are provided, our driver will use treated wooden blocking to level and shim the building.

Delivery

Delivery is simple if there’s enough access to your site. Openings must be wide enough for the building and allow for turns. The driver is not responsible for removing obstacles like fences or trees. Homestead Barns is not liable for any yard damage if delivery is across your or a neighbor’s property. The purchaser must obtain necessary permits and approvals. An additional charge applies if a return visit is needed to move the structure.
