Rent to Own

We offer financing plans as low as $103 per month. Own your structure in as little as 24 months. You can finance over 24, 36, or 48-month terms.

Rent to own was established as an alternative to mini-warehousing. Our no-strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility for your backyard or business, whenever and wherever you need it. No credit application is necessary, nor are you required to keep your building. There is also no penalty for paying off your finance plan early!

Rent to Own Payments

We accept checks or money orders. We recommend notifying your bank before making a large purchase, as some financial institutions may place holds on large or out-of-the-ordinary payments. Preemptively notifying your bank will help ensure that your payment clears and that your order can be processed as quickly as possible.
